The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

HLC/ enhanced DV cleared Business Analyst - UK wide (Manchester, London, Gloucester) - on site - 4 days a week. Please note – due to the nature of work, all candidates MUST have UK government Higher Level Clearance (HLC) / enhanced Developed Vetting (eDV) / UK*C clearance that is active and transferable and 10 years unbroken UK residency.

My client is a global IT consultancy and are looking to recruit a Business Analyst.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Discussing and elaborating requirements with end users and client stakeholders.
  • Facilitating and leading workshops to expand requirements and provide solutions.
  • Be involved in the full project lifecycle and have the central role of liaising with people and teams across the wider organisation, as well as Product Owners, Architects, and Developers within the Integration team.
  • Providing the development team with user stories that have clear descriptions and acceptance criteria, two sprints ahead.
  • Investigating client’s activities, playing a key role by testing systems and providing competitive commercial solutions.
  • Enable user-centric design through continuous engagement with end users.
  • Supporting the Product Owner and the business to solve their challenges from design to implementation.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Agile Principles, Methodology and Practices
  • Systems and Business Analysis experience
  • Ability to draw process maps, write user stories, and epics.
  • Evidence of experience with gathering and analyzing technical and non-technical information, documenting processes and solutions to solve specific problems or meet business/systems outcomes.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Must excel at stakeholder management leadership and decision-making.
  • Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new skills constantly looking to reinvent ideas to make meaningful changes and improvements for our clients.
  • Strong communication skills with client and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail is a must.
  • Ability to gather elaborate and manage client requirements confidently.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to coach non-client facing team members (developers) on user and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor's Degree
