We are seeking a Director of Architecture to lead and shape the future of our global technology offering. In this crucial role, you'll report directly to the SVP of Technology and play a major role in defining and delivering strategic architectural vision across all key domains including Commerce, Finance Systems, ERP, Identity and Access Management (IAM) & Park Operations.
As Director of Architecture, you will oversee and play a driving role in growing a team of talented domain architects to ensure innovation & scalability across our global offerings, while working with existing and new third-party vendors in a role with true global scale.
Key Responsibilities for a Director of Architecture:
- Proven leadership experience as a Director or Head of Architecture within a complex environment with a global offering.
- Demonstrated success in leading architecture functions supporting large scale transformation programmes.
- Strong technical background in Software Engineering/Architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills, with the ability to engage at executive and operational levels.
- Experience working on a global offering and fostering strong working relationships with external vendors and third party suppliers.
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
