The Role

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Demonstrate accountability, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate and influence decision makers.
  • Understand clients' business needs, challenges, and strategic priorities to tailor solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align services with client needs.
  • Implement strategic plans to manage global accounts effectively, including opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and referrals within existing accounts.
  • Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s market, industry trends, and competition.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services and solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of service with clients.
  • Foster a team environment that encourages global collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance using CRM tools.
  • Provide forecasts and updates to upper management.
  • Consult ROI analyses and present business solutions to clients.

What you bring to the team

  • 10+ years experience in software sales, preferably in the data management space.
  • 5+ years experience in account management at a global level.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the markets and industries in which key accounts operate.
