As a key figure in this dynamic and forward-thinking Tier 1 Ranked: Legal 500 Law Firm, you will take the lead and expand the insurance sector in their new exclusive office. The firm is well known for their national presence and outstanding reputation and due to this are now rapidly expanding in the Midlands. They are looking for a Lead Partner who can bring a following of work with them to head up the office and grow on their already thriving client base. Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead on marketing and business development strategies, with a focus on attracting new clients and expanding the firm’s reach.
- Maintain the firm’s Lexcel accreditation and uphold its exceptional professional standards.
- Meet time recording and billing targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Build a strong personal profile and actively promote the team through networking, online presence, and direct client engagement.
