Your role

You will join the CII Group Events Team and take charge of delivering assigned events within our dynamic programme. As the onsite event lead, you'll ensure seamless execution and exceptional experiences for our members and profession. You'll coordinate with partners, delegates, and speakers, working closely with the events and partnerships teams. Your role involves managing up to three events per week during peak periods and travelling across the UK to meet team objectives. You'll handle all logistical aspects of your assigned events, build relationships with stakeholders, and represent the CII Group onsite. Your role includes managing feedback, resolving queries, and continually improving event processes to enhance the membership proposition. You'll also oversee onsite event filming and digital content delivery.
