Role: eCommerce Manager
Location: Farringdon / Kings Cross, London (Hybrid: 3–4 days in-office depending on season)
Rate: £300–£350 per day

This is a fast-growing UK-based team operating in the wellness and beauty consumer products space. From heated lifestyle textiles to high-quality beauty gadgets, the business focuses on enhancing comfort, self-care, and daily wellbeing.
Backed by a well-resourced international parent company, the UK division is entrepreneurial and agile, with a dynamic team of around 12 people. Based in stylish offices near Farringdon and Kings Cross, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the eCommerce direction of a business that blends innovation with lifestyle appeal.
The Role:
We are looking for a commercially driven eCommerce Manager to lead the UK digital business. You’ll oversee end-to-end eCommerce performance across Shopify and compatible marketplaces, focusing on trading, merchandising, CRM, and paid digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow eCommerce performance across D2C platforms and marketplaces
- Develop trading and merchandising strategies to boost conversion and average order value
- Leverage a database of over 80,000 customers to increase retention and repeat sales
- Drive CRM initiatives including segmentation, email campaigns, and loyalty
- Lead paid campaign strategy across Meta, Google, and other key channels to reduce CPAs
- Collaborate with international HQ for product and UX alignment
- Identify commercial opportunities and insights from trading performance
- Help build a stronger customer community and brand engagement
About You:
- Proven eCommerce experience in consumer products, ideally within wellness, beauty, or lifestyle
- Commercial mindset with a focus on growth, conversion, and repeat business
- Confident using Shopify, marketplace tools, and performance analytics
- Experience managing CRM and retention strategies
- Proficient in paid advertising across key digital platforms
- Analytical, entrepreneurial, and keen to commit long-term
- Collaborative team player, comfortable working cross-functionally and internationally
