Primary Function
To work as a 360 consultant or focus on Business Development with the support of Researchers to execute searches for clients in the EU, US and ROW.
Key Accountabilities
- To establish and manage new and lasting relationships with clients.
- To maximise visibility with existing clients you have won.
- To consistently provide a professional and best-in-class service to clients and candidates.
- You will be an expert in your field; therefore, a thirst for knowledge and developing a deep understanding of the bio-pharmaceutical industry globally is crucial to success in this role.
- Work closely with the project delivery team to ensure all projects are delivered.
- Work closely with our sister company, Morgan Prestwich, to carve out new strategies when required.
