We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an RGN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high standards of patient care across a variety of clinical settings, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of patients at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care to patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines and patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
