We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an RGN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high standards of patient care across a variety of clinical settings, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of patients at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care to patients.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines and patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using appropriate documentation systems.
  • Support patients and their families by providing education, advice, and emotional support.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety standards.
  • Supervise and mentor healthcare assistants and junior staff as required.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
