Our client is a market leader in their space, seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to join their site team on a flagship development in South East London. This is a high-profile opportunity to work with one of the UK's most respected developers on a major residential scheme.
As Site Manager, you will take ownership of the external envelope works, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of all façade-related elements. To be considered for this role, you must have experience with Traditional Brickwork Facades. Your focus will be on quality, safety, and programme, working closely with subcontractors and reporting into senior site leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of façade installation, including traditional brickwork, scaffold striking, spandrel panels and window management
- Ensure quality and compliance across all façade elements
- Manage the sequence of works and monitor subcontractor progress
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
