This is a hybrid role. The Business Development Team works from our London (Shoreditch) office 4-5 days per week for the first 3 months, with the opportunity to work in the office 3 days per week after that.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts.
- Be responsible for the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to ramping up card spend and account management.
- This is a telephone-based role (no face-to-face or field sales involved).
- Primarily contact SME owner-directors selling our award-winning business credit card.
- Make 30-50 outbound cold calls per day.
- Identify target industries and organisations by working closely with the sales & growth teams.
- Prospect into target organisations using outbound sales tools, campaigns, and referrals.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
- Consistently achieve monthly KPIs and new acquisition figures to meet quarterly targets.
- Contribute to revenue growth through consultative sales and strategic account management.
We’re Looking For
- 1-2+ years of telesales experience (ideally in B2B, but not required).
- Proven ability to handle high volume outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- Experience in a 360 sales cycle.
- A proven track record of working to KPIs.
- An understanding of SMEs and their financial workings.
- Enthusiasm for building client relationships through outreach via phone, email, and video calls.
