About the Role
We are a small but growing social media agency looking for a proactive, organised Operations Assistant to help support the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
Experience and education are not required. We are much more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude. If you are organised, motivated, and excited to grow with a supportive, close-knit team, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Assist with posting jobs, tracking applicants, and helping onboard new team members.
- Maintain timesheets, records, and basic reporting.
- Help manage and organise client content, social media activity, and internal communication.
- Coordinate simple project tasks and help keep the team on track.
- Assist leadership with day-to-day tasks and special projects.
- Keep documentation and systems organised (we use Airtable, Notion, Matrix, and Google Workspace).
