The Company: This industry-leader is a privately backed business on a huge growth trajectory which will see their group turnover double to more than £1bn in the next 5 years. The group is made up of three successful subsidiaries that operate across the construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure sectors. This Senior Estimator position will be an opportunity to join their infrastructure division which supports the development of sustainable communities with smart infrastructure solutions across the design, maintenance & development of critical gas infrastructure for the UK's largest network operators.
Your Role: As an integral member of the infrastructure team, you will produce competitive tender pricing for infrastructure schemes across the UK. You will work closely with the commercial and operations teams to get a full oversight of project requirements and package works accordingly. You will provide support to more junior team members to ensure risk is managed appropriately and will take ownership of complex projects as required. The company's success is built on teamwork and a close working relationship with their clients and supply chain; as their new Senior Estimator you will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders. As the company is going through a period of growth, your role will develop over time so there is a huge opportunity to escalate your career.
Your Background: To be considered for this incredible opportunity, you will need to be an experienced Estimator with a proven background working within the civil engineering or infrastructure sectors with main contractors. In addition, you will have great communication skills and will have a full UK drivers' licence.
