As a Contract Project Manager, you’ll be in charge of rolling out a new HR Global Learning System, along with a ticketing tool to help employees get support.
- Lead the full rollout of a Global HR Learning System and a ticketing/help system.
- Work closely with HR, Learning & Development, and IT teams to understand what’s needed.
- Keep the project on time and within budget.
- Make sure the system works well and is easy to use for employees across different countries.
- Lead meetings, give updates, and manage any risks or issues.
- Use Agile or flexible ways of working to run the project.
- Help with staff training, support, and change management after the system goes live.
- Past experience running HR or learning system projects, and working with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Zendesk.
- Strong communication and teamworking skills.
Contract Details:
- Day Rate: Up to £500 per day – Outside IR35
- Length: 6 months (could be extended)
- Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 to 3 days a week in the London office
