Blush & Bloom are pleased to be working in partnership with a company in the beauty industry. They are looking for a Project Manager to oversee multiple product development projects from start to finish. You will work with various teams and external partners to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet specifications.
- Coordinate timelines and key deliverables across teams.
- Identify risks and develop solutions.
- Handle pricing negotiations and cost sheets.
- Organise filling trials and manage assembly specifications.
- Oversee artwork coordination.
- Work closely with sales, supply chain, quality, formulation, and design teams.
- Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in project management within cosmetics, skincare, or haircare.
- Background in beauty product development and manufacturing.
