Offshore Installation Manager (Foundations) for a major offshore wind developer based in England.
Responsibilities:
- Managing sub scopes of the Foundation T&I installation, including technical and commercial assessment of different installation methodologies and equipment.
- Ensure quality and safety compliance of T&I contractor's documentation.
- Coordinate Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) acceptance including sourcing of MWS.
- Continuous interaction with internal and external stakeholders to ensure schedule, cost, technical, quality and safety aspects of the T&I execution and project impact are managed.
- Ensure all loadout, transport and installation tasks are performed to acceptable standards.
- Capture and communicate lessons learned.
- Feed input to R&D, O&M and other internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Possess strong project management capabilities with a structured, service-minded, and flexible approach to the assigned scope.
- Team player, self-starting, highly motivated, and shows willingness to travel.
- 3+ years of experience as offshore installation manager or similar role within Foundation T&I in offshore wind.
- Should have experience working on European projects.
- Experience working with EU tenders would be a plus but not required.
- Has GWO and HUET certificates.
- Hybrid working, travel to Denmark, Poland, Holland as required.
