Are you a confident advocate with a passion for court work? We are looking for Solicitor Advocates or Barristers to join a leading Regulatory team advising across the health, public, and corporate sectors.

The Role:

  • Advocacy-focused - Regular court appearances, often daily, but home based aside from court visits.
  • Representing police forces in civil protective order applications (DVPOs, SPOs, SHPOs, SROs, ASB injunctions, and closure orders).
  • Managing a high-volume caseload.
  • Drafting applications, preparing cases, and handling urgent advice requests.
  • Engaging with clients, police officers, and legal professionals.

  • Strong advocacy skills - confident in Magistrates' Court (Crown Court experience a bonus).
