Barden is proud to partner with the Program Director of a leading global tech company to identify a Senior Project Manager for their high-impact PMO team. This is a critical leadership role overseeing the delivery of a large-scale Procurement Transformation program across Ireland and the UK.
We’re seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in large-scale transformation programs (procurement, IT, or digital focus) to drive structure, governance, and innovation. You’ll:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic procurement transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Champion best practices—implementing agile/hybrid methodologies, robust governance, and scalable PMO frameworks.
- Collaborate with C-suite stakeholders to define scope, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Mentor junior PMs while operating as a hands-on leader in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment.
Tech Stack: Jira, Confluence, and modern PM tools (experience essential).
10+ years in project/program management, with deep expertise in large-scale transformations (procurement, IT, digital, or consulting background welcomed).
Authority in agile/waterfall methodologies—certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) are a plus.
Data-driven decision-maker with a history of managing budgets €1M+ and cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communicator—able to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex concepts.
PMO leadership experience (governance, reporting, tooling) is highly valued.
