Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum plus benefits

Location: Hybrid (based in Stratford-upon-Avon, 3 days in-office)

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a talented and creative Mid-Weight 3D Exhibition Designer to join their creative team. This exciting opportunity will see you working alongside a passionate, skilled team in an environment that fosters growth, creativity, and continuous development. Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll play a crucial role in developing and executing design concepts that meet client needs and align with project goals. If you’re a designer with a flair for creativity and a strong technical background, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D design concepts and execute them for production, collaborating closely with the Client Services and Projects teams to align with client briefs and project objectives.
• Create high-quality visual assets and designs using software such as Adobe Creative Suite, 3DS Max, and AutoCAD.
• Attend client meetings, presenting design concepts and offering solutions to ensure projects meet client expectations.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Use personal experience and creative insight to bring new ideas and fresh approaches to design solutions.
• Contribute to team briefings, sharing knowledge and inspiring collaborative work.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in 3D design, with a strong portfolio showcasing exhibition and event design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3DS Max/Vray, and AutoCAD.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to present and sell design solutions.
• A keen eye for detail, and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a desire to continuously learn and grow.
