This job is for a Store Manager in Dumfries, working 40 hours per week at Toolstation. We are interested in developing your talents so you can grow with our business and become one of our leaders of tomorrow.
What you’ll do:
- Delivering an outstanding customer proposition.
- Manage the Branch while serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse, and stocking shelves.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve great things.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Delivering great service: Ensuring your team provides a great customer experience, delivering sales through service.
- Mucking in: Helping the team get the job done, including checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and putting orders together.
- Inspiring: Encouraging a positive mindset and building a culture of feedback, praise, and recognition.
- Building relationships: Supporting your team’s development and future business growth.
- Leading: Coaching, motivating, and engaging your team to create a great place to work.
