We are looking for a friendly, driven, and service-focused Lettings Negotiator to join the team at a vibrant Build-to-Rent development. What you will be doing:

  • Managing enquiries and welcoming prospective residents on-site
  • Conducting engaging viewings and showcasing apartments and amenities
  • Building relationships with prospective tenants and supporting them through the rental process
  • Handling offers, applications, and tenancy progression smoothly
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date with leads, feedback, and status updates
  • Working closely with the onsite team (concierge, maintenance, ops) to ensure a seamless experience
