Dual Registered Manager - Young People

We are looking for a DualRegistered Manager to manage tworesidential services for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

DualRM responsibilities include:
The daily running of the two homes
Staff management
Budgets
Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times

Compliance with all current legislation relating
To be considered for the role you will have:
A good track record with Ofsted
An established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted
Have completed the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management / ILM Level 5
Excellent working knowledge of childrens homes national minimum standards and the Childrens Act 2010
