Investor Relations Manager

As Investor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing Investor Relations activities for the Group, ensuring effective communication of Sage’s financial, operational and strategic performance. This high-profile role provides an opportunity to be deeply involved in supporting and implementing the Investor Relations programme at Sage.

The role will be accountable for working with other members of the IR team and finance community on the management of institutional shareholders and financial analysts, the articulation of our strategy and performance, and the delivery of results announcements. The role requires an excellent understanding of Sage’s business, its competitors and its industry. You will be expected to take full ownership of issues and drive them to resolution, drawing in expertise from both around Sage and from our external advisers, as appropriate.

To be successful, you must be collaborative, flexible, tenacious with a strong attention to detail, with good problem-solving skills and an appetite for a challenge. This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week from the London office.

As an Investor Relations Manager, you will play a key role in communicating Sage’s financial, operational, and strategic performance to investors and analysts. You will be responsible for managing relationships with institutional shareholders, tracking market sentiment, and ensuring our messaging aligns with the company’s long-term goals. This is a high-profile role requiring a deep understanding of Sage’s business, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external advisors to drive effective investor engagement and deliver key financial communications.

You will help to form the bridge between Sage and the investment community, ensuring investors and analysts receive clear, consistent, and accurate information. This includes managing investor relationships, tracking analyst coverage, and ensuring timely responses to investor queries. You will also be responsible for preparing investor materials such as results presentations, Annual Reports, and capital markets day content.

A key part of your role will be analysing financial and market trends to support strategic decision-making and enhance investor messaging. You will work closely with senior leadership, finance teams, and external advisors to ensure Sage’s investment narrative remains compelling and aligned with business objectives.

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills. You should have experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or a related field, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into clear, compelling messaging.
