A highly regarded, independent engineering design and advisory consultancy is seeking an ambitious Intermediate Structural Engineer for their growing Bristol office. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer with 4–6 years of experience who is ready to progress their career, actively working towards chartership, and looking for a clear pathway to a Senior role.

The successful candidate will:
- Contribute to the delivery of building structures projects across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, healthcare, educational, and data centres
- Work closely with Senior Engineers and Associates on technical design and project coordination
- Take ownership of smaller projects or packages, with increasing responsibility as confidence grows
- Assist in mentoring junior staff and supporting design reviews
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of working on diverse projects, including commercial and residential developments
- Strong understanding of Eurocodes and UK building regulations
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software including Revit, Tekla, or similar
- Working towards chartership with IStructE or ICE, demonstrating commitment to professional excellence
- Eagerness to grow into a Senior Engineer role with structured support
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused, proactive approach
