About the Role: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Assistant to join us in the ICS team based in Handsworth Birmingham. The role is to provide excellent customer service to build and maintain relationships between Elis and our customers. You will also need to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Account Managers and pro actively manage a proportion of the site portfolio within your team. We are looking for someone who’s organisational skills are outstanding and who is proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel in particular. You must have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service support. Your Mission at Elis Managing a portfolio of customers for contract management.
