The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a busy Corporate Tax Advisory team. As a dynamic Tax Advisory Manager or Assistant Manager, you will work closely with our regional Head of Tax, Partners, Directors, and team members to provide tax advisory services to a varied corporate client base. You will focus a large part of your time in supporting and leading the team to deliver tax advisory services to existing and new corporate clients. You will assist in managing the tax team by hearing the voice of your team members, conducting appraisals, and providing coaching and mentoring to support their development. As part of your own development, you will establish strong working relationships with your own portfolio of clients through assignments and regular contact, including attending client meetings.

What are we looking for?

  • CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA (or equivalent) qualified
  • Our clients come from all industries, so exposure to multiple sectors would be a distinct advantage
  • Previous Corporate Tax and Advisory experience in a similar role within a practice environment is essential. However, we will consider candidates coming from compliance or advisory backgrounds or a mix of both
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to carry out research into complex areas of tax legislation
  • Manage complex projects and help upskill the tax team.
