Primary Responsibilities
- Develop the revenue management, yield and distribution strategy of each hotel
- Review competitive benchmarking and market trends using but not limited to STR Global
- Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel
- Work with Marketing to optimise content and image libraries across all distribution channels
- Complete forecasting process for hotels in line with Atlas standards
- Provide summary board reporting
- Work with strong links to the Groups & Meetings, Data, and Sales & Marketing functions
- Participate in the annual budgeting process
- Evaluate business from local accounts, groups and all Retail products
- Adhere to Atlas Revenue Management standards for the operation of all key systems
- Attend business/trading reviews to provide strategy updates
- Attend company meetings and hotel visits which may require nights away
- Any other reasonable requests made by management
Experience of Job Holder
- Previous Revenue Management experience
- Understanding and experience of various markets within the UK
- High degree of confidence in building reports and reading reports using excel
Skills of Job Holder
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of core Revenue Management concepts
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
- High level of motivation, determination and commitment
- Strong communication skills both written & spoken English
- Good analytical and numerical skills for fast data analysis
- Highly computer literate with a high level command of Excel
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good listening and team work skills
- Flexibility to travel
- Eligible to work in the UK
