My global broadcast technology client is seeking a Country Manager to lead commercial operations across the UK, Ireland, and Israel. This is a new leadership role with full responsibility for regional performance, sales leadership, and strategic direction.
The Goal
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team of 3, while directly managing one of the region’s major strategic accounts.
- Act as a senior point of contact for customer relationships, particularly within tier-1 broadcasters and Service Providers (e.g. Sky, BBC, ITV).
- Drive the region ensuring growth and retention across key accounts.
- Own the full HR lifecycle for the sales function: hiring, performance management, account assignment, and target setting.
- Play a key role in sales strategy, mentoring, and opening new doors across the territory.
What You Bring
- Deep relationships and experience working with major UK broadcasters and media companies.
- Solid understanding of Broadcast Control Systems (BCS) and IP Routing technologies.
- Proven track record in managing commercial teams and owning revenue responsibilities in a vendor or service provider setting.
