Walker & Sloan are exclusively partnered with a leading tier 1 contractor to recruit a Commercial Manager / Commercial Lead for an £800m+ mission-critical data centre project in West London.
This is a rare opportunity to join a major contractor on one of the most high-profile, technically challenging schemes in the UK today. You'll be reporting into the Project Director and Commercial Director, leading a team of QS’s and managing all commercial aspects of the project lifecycle.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record leading major construction projects (£100m+ ideally)
- Tier 1 or large main contractor background preferred
- Experience within data centres, infrastructure, or complex M&E-heavy builds is desirable
- Strong leadership, negotiation and client-facing skills
