Service Engineer Location: South West (Bristol Channel and Midlands – Leicester to Telford corridor) Department: Service & After Sales Reports to: Service Manager Are you a motivated and skilled engineer with a passion for providing top-tier service and support? We are looking for a dedicated Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical expertise, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment across a variety of industries. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line call-out and service support for customers Perform routine servicing and breakdown response for service contract customers Service and test LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) equipment in compliance with current COSHH legislation and HSE guidance Commission and conduct performance testing on new equipment Skills, Experience, and Qualifications: Proven track record in field service engineering Solid understanding of engineering processes and technical problem-solving Experience in the HVAC/dust and fume extraction industry is a plus Experience with LEV testing and electrical qualifications are advantageous Familiarity with HMIs and inverters is desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
