Junior Sous Chef needed for a one Michelin-Starred Restaurant in London. Smyth & Co is proud to be working with one of London most exciting culinary destinations – a vibrant, chef-led restaurant that has earned a Michelin star within its first year of opening. We are now looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join this exceptional team and contribute to its continued success.
Position: Junior Sous Chef
Salary: £44,000–45,000
Location: London
Schedule: 7 shifts across 4 days (3 doubles, 1 single) – 3 days off
Operating Hours: 8 am – 11 pm (restaurant closes between lunch and dinner)
