Our client is an extremely well established and successful business consultancy based in the Birmingham area; due to their continued success they are now expanding their team and recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to lead their high performing New Sales Onboarding Team.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Lead a team responsible for turning warm, inbound leads into new clients.
- Coach and inspire our team of Sales Consultants, ensuring they hit and exceed their targets.
- Monitor performance and drive a strong results culture, while maintaining our no-pressure, consultative sales approach.
- Provide hands-on support, training and development to help your team thrive.
All applicants should possess the following skills / experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in a high-performing sales environment.
- A background in managing warm leads or consultative sales teams.
- Strong coaching, leadership and communication skills.
