Are you passionate about driving excellence in Developer Services? Thames Water are looking for a Process Owner to join the team in Developer Services on a Fixed Term Contract.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to take ultimate responsibility for the design, delivery, and ongoing ownership of a portfolio of end-to-end Developer Services processes.
In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including outsourced partners, to ensure processes are performing as intended and delivering exceptional outcomes for both our customers and Thames Water. With a strong focus on Continuous Improvement, you will proactively seek opportunities to optimise processes, ensuring they remain effective, efficient, and aligned with our strategic goals.
Key Accountabilities:
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement with strategic impact.
- Use insight to identify and assess opportunities for improvement.
- Provide subject matter expertise to support change initiatives.
- Assess and oversee the delivery of process changes to ensure business value.
- Liaise across departments to maintain end-to-end process effectiveness.
- Support the training rollout and create supporting materials and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Quality teams to review compliance and process effectiveness.
Base Location: Hybrid - Clearwater Court - RG1 8DB.
Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

- Proven experience in delivering customer-focused change initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Ability to analyse complex data and insights to make clear, evidence-based recommendations.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a matrix-managed Business Services environment.
