The main responsibility of this role is to project manage the New Product Development function from concept to launch for the UK. The role demands a candidate with a strong knowledge of the Beauty/Personal Care space, and an understanding of the stage gate process within NPD and Project Management.

Description:
- Managing the NPD function and timeline from concept to launch.
- Working with manufacturers in Turkey and Greece to perfect samples.
- Understand the packaging function and its role in the NPD process.
- Understanding of personal care products e.g. Shampoo, Conditioner, Moisturisers and Body washes.

- 3+ years of NPD experience.
