Production Operative Role – Sheffield
Assembly of products in a semi-automated environment and manufacture of mechanical products. The role involves various processes of production, including manual skills, machine operation, and inspection.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Location: Sheffield
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Assembling a range of products on a production line
- Measuring and sizing to ensure products meet specifications
- Reporting equipment faults to maintenance staff
- Finishing products to company standards and monitoring the production process
- Carrying out basic testing and quality checks
- Accurately completing production records
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong attention to detail
