Production Operative Role – Sheffield

Assembly of products in a semi-automated environment and manufacture of mechanical products. The role involves various processes of production, including manual skills, machine operation, and inspection.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

Location: Sheffield

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Assembling a range of products on a production line
  • Measuring and sizing to ensure products meet specifications
  • Reporting equipment faults to maintenance staff
  • Finishing products to company standards and monitoring the production process
  • Carrying out basic testing and quality checks
  • Accurately completing production records

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong attention to detail
