We are looking for Warehouse Stock Runners to join our team based in Wymondham on Nights - 12-hour shifts or 8 hour shift, for a 3 month temporary contract. As the Warehouse Stock Runner, you will be working on a site that specialises in the production of outbound and inbound document services. The site contains printing, mailing and warehousing capability for outbound mail and postal and electronic receipt, capture, validation, and document storage for inbound mail.

Main Duties:

  • Stock Picking: Accurately picking products according to order specifications and preparing them for clients.
  • Returning Stock: Accurately returning stocks from the client to the designated location as per process.
  • Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels on the floor and reporting discrepancies or low stock levels for replenishment.
  • Raw materials: Transportation of all materials needed for the area to complete tasks/jobs.
  • Stock Checks: Accurately counting and reporting of stock checks/Audits passed out to be completed promptly.
  • Communication: To always communicate with the client and keep all parties aware and up to date.

Required skills/experience:

  • Previous Warehouse/Dispatch experience.
  • IT Literate & competent in the use of MS Excel.
  • Ability to lift and manoeuvre items, such as boxes, of up to 22KG.
  • Ensure you comply with all health and safety procedures in line with our policies.

Shift: This is a 3 month temporary role - 12 hour Nights: Week 1 - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7.00pm to 7.00am (11 hours per shift) Week 2 - Monday and Tuesday, 7.00pm to 7.00am (11 hours per shift).
