Salary – £115,000

They are hiring for a Senior Marine Liability Claims Adjuster to join their collaborative claims team of around 30 professionals. You’ll be responsible for handling claims, partnering with the wider business, and attending market meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Producing feedback to underwriters and management with regards to the structure of their claim issues and related risk information with the goal to improve the overall standard of underwriting in the company
• Demonstrate that Lloyds minimum standards are being met at all times and be in a position to assist underwriters and claims adjusters to progress
• Ensures all claims allocated are controlled within company philosophies and SLA’s
• Providing departmental reports where required
• To be present at market meetings and conference calls when necessary
• Ensures all complaint related issues and all such incidents are logged and concluded in accordance with company policy
• Assist internal stakeholders, undertaking any other ad hoc activities/project work required
