We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager – Digital Product Management, iRefresh within the dynamic Financial Crimes Product & Capabilities team, which forms part of the Company’s ongoing Financial Crimes Transformation program. This Product Manager role will be a thought leader with a delivery & solutions mindset, having a broad end-to-end perspective across our KYC Refresh product called iRefresh – including exciting developments to digital customer journeys in the channels (Web, Mobile App and Servicing Portals), uplifted Customer Demographics Data Platforms, and enhanced Document Processing – to accelerate our expansion of the solution across international markets. This role will partner with and support other Product Managers on the team who have specific capability areas, and take a lead role in discovery for strategic product alignments that influence our roadmap. You’ll also take a lead role in our transition from transformation to a sustainable product. How will you make an impact in this role? You will be responsible for helping shape and evolve our roadmap and strategic deliverables across the AML program. You will be a product strategist and will partner with product owners, platform, engineering and business teams across the enterprise to help design the processes that enable our roadmap and vision statement, and provide the process & feature-sets powering our AML experiences. Together, we will support initiatives that align to the Financial Crimes Transformation strategy, driving outcome oriented and customer centric conversations with our business collaborators and partners. International Operational Excellence is a newly expanded organization , responsible for supporting our international Issuing and Acquiring businesses across 27+ markets , and has established a centralized Financial Crimes Transformation and Anti Money Laundering (AML) program designed to accelerate progress in delivering on KYC and AML obligations. This is in response to increased regulatory risk as a result of growing expectations and expanded regulatory requirements. The Financial Crimes Transformation program is focused on defining a robust and sustainable AML KYC framework that can demonstrate: Clear long-term vision, underpinning an optimised customer journey and servicing strategy translated into a multi-year capability set and delivery roadmap Robust, sustainable processes that drive a high degree of quality with effective controls and rigorous business testing Strong business governance and accountability Mature business risk management practices in relation to AML and Terrorist Financing Responsibilities : End-to-end Product Manager across iRefresh, who is the lead for discovery, envisioning and execution of strategic deliverables to deliver the roadmap Develop the right AML KYC processes and experiences for our customers in partnership with key stakeholders, understanding their current and future needs and in alignment to regulatory requirements & commitments Communicate and build consensus across multiple teams, across the globe, in creating solutions to business needs including leading in-person and virtual meetings Translate complex business objectives into capabilities and features, working closely with enterprise platform and engineering teams Being passionate about the product, advocating the vison to inspire the program partners and stakeholders Build and maintain a prioritized product roadmap and backlog of refined capabilities Full participation with PI Planning in support of Agile and SAFe practices. Effective Product Management in close partnership with our Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and Project Delivery & Integration (PD&I) teams, to support planning and execution across multiple platforms Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in Digital Product Management & Development and delivering on a product roadmap, with experience of Agile or other software development methodologies Self-starter who shows individual initiative, proactiveness and personal accountability Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within the organization, internally and externally Excellent communication and collaboration skills to collaborate with various partners and to understand & articulate business outcomes Curious and inquisitive, happy to ask questions and challenge the status quo Understanding of the AML/KYC domain is preferred University degree or equivalent experience is desirable We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
