My client based in Guildford are seeking an Administrator to work alongside the Managing Director. You will be responsible for assisting the Director with his personal life as well as professional. We are looking for candidates who have got excellent organisational skills and are confident. You will be a self-starter and be able to use your own initiative.

Duties:

  • Overseeing the Managing Director's schedule and diary.
  • Organising travel including flights and accommodation.
  • Handling office administration.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the Managing Director.
  • Completing any tasks that the Managing Director may ask you to do.

Skills and Experience:

  • Must have a UK Drivers License.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Initiative.
  • Motivated and eager.
