My Estate and Lettings Agent Client are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Valuer to join their successful property team. As a key part of the business, you will be responsible for carrying out accurate market appraisals, securing new instructions, and building strong relationships with landlords and property owners. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with a proven track record in valuations and a strong understanding of the local property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting property valuations and providing professional advice to landlords
- Generating new business and winning new lettings instructions
- Preparing accurate valuation reports and marketing proposals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Advising clients on pricing strategies based on market trends and data
- Coordinating with the lettings team to ensure smooth onboarding of new instructions
- Keeping up to date with local market conditions and lettings legislation
- Maintaining high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property valuations, preferably within lettings
- Proven ability to win business and deliver results in a competitive market
- Strong local market knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- ARLA qualification (preferred but not essential)
