We’re supporting a leading Lloyd’s Syndicate in the search for a talented Assistant or Junior Underwriter to join their growing Political Risk & Credit team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your underwriting career in a globally strategic class of business—working with a respected team, supporting underwriting decisions, and developing broker relationships in the dynamic Lloyd’s market.

The Role Includes:

✅ Assisting with underwriting and portfolio management

✅ Producing reports, analysing data, and tracking performance

✅ Supporting business development and broker engagement

✅ Attending market events and staying close to industry trends

✅ Ensuring compliance and risk controls are followed

Ideal Candidate:

🔹 Experience in Political Risk & Credit (insurance or broking)

🔹 Lloyd’s market knowledge or interest in learning it

🔹 Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

🔹 Detail-focused and commercially minded

🔹 Enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced team
