GL Global is looking for a senior leader to drive regional Organisational Change Management (OCM) across complex, tech-enabled transformation programs. You will be helping clients to shape next gen AI, Cloud and Tech transformation programmes working at exec level.
You'll lead a high-impact team, shape strategic change initiatives, build strong client partnerships, and champion innovation across the region. We're after someone with serious OCM consulting chops, a track record in technology-driven change, and the vision to scale lasting impact.
