We are T H WHITE Agriculture, and we provide premium machinery, servicing and support to farming and estate customers across the region. This is a permanent and secure role based at our busy Toddington depot and one where your input will play a key part in delivering first-class customer care.
As a Workshop Service Administrator, you will work alongside our experienced Service Manager and Technicians to ensure the smooth administration of our local operation covering all things admin from job card creation through to customer contact.
Duties:
- Raising job cards and supporting the scheduling and workflow of workshop activity
- Accurately dealing with customer accounts, including sundry and cash accounts
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of service invoices
- Updating customers on work progress and responding to customer queries via phone, email or in-person, helping resolve enquiries efficiently
- Supporting the Service Manager with admin tasks and providing call cover when needed
- Maintaining clear records, ensuring workshop documentation is accurate and up to date
Requirements:
- Please note this is a site-based role working at our Toddington depot, Monday to Thursday, 08:00 and Friday 08:00-16:00.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar Administration role, ideally within an Engineering or Automotive service/customer support setting
- IT literate with confidence in using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- A methodical and process-driven approach with strong attention to detail
- A confident communicator who enjoys solving problems and helping people
- Able to work independently and as part of a busy depot team
