CLIENT: Leading Pawnbroker business LOCATION: Bradford , West Yorkshire SALARY: Competitive industry salary package allocated based on your breadth of bench work skill POSITION: Permanent Intro : As a successful pawnbroking business this major market name operates from multiple store locations across Northern England. Within such a network there is a need to have a jewellery processing centre and our client has enterprisingly set up their own in-house workshop facility. This previous initiative undertaken has proved its value and the need now is to grow the bench team residency . Job role : The variety and breadth of jewellery repairs handled is quite wide as is the catchment area from where jewellery items are sourced. This opportunity works alongside their Head of Jewellery and as stated there is a need to expand their bench expertise to keep pace with the flow of repairs received. As to capability level this would suit a proven jeweller with trade repairs experience – the more comprehensive the bench skill the better . Productivity is of course an ever-pressing task but simultaneously quality workmanship is the aim alongside enhancing the merchandise that then will then be returned to market for sale Requirements : The successful Goldsmith , Craftsman , Bench Jeweller will of course need to have benefitted from a formal training – this could be through formal Jewellery college tutorials or indeed self -taught on -the- bench everyday work experienc…
