We are excited to be working closely with this global law firm as they look to appoint another ambitious Employment Law Associate to their already incredibly strong Employment Law practice.
Based in the City office, you will be joining a firm that offers 1,200+ lawyers, across 25+ locations, and a DNA that says 'average' isn't ever going to get it done!
The Employment Law practice serves a range of high quality, household name corporate clients, so respondent work and HNW/Partners, and a full range of both contentious and non-contentious work, including:
- Full range of tribunal litigation including opportunities for advocacy at preliminary hearings
- Advising HR managers, in-house counsel, managing directors and other senior personnel
- Drafting, reviewing and advising on HR policies, employment contracts and directors' service agreements
- Acting for high net worth individuals to negotiate service agreements, team moves or termination arrangements
- Advising internationally based clients on employment law in the UK and co-ordination of international projects
- High Court proceedings relating to business protection for employer or employees
- Corporate support, often acting as sole employment specialist on high level corporate transactions
The ideal candidate will be at least 2-3 years PQE, possibly more, and in return there is plenty of elbow room and opportunities for personal career progression, with high levels of support and supervision. Salaries likely to start from £125,000++.
