We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Team Leader designate with the potential to advance to the role of Canvass Manager. This opportunity has arisen due to the retirement of our long-serving Canvassing Manager. We have immediate starts available in Yorkshire, North Derbyshire, and Greater Manchester areas.
As a Charity Fundraiser you will showcase your passion for local charities and good causes. You will need to have the ability to work on your own as well as in a team with a desire to make a difference. You must be keen to recruit, train and develop team members to become industry leaders able to motivate and manage their own fundraising teams.
About the role:
- Previous door to door or Direct Fundraising experience
- Have a track record in leading and motivating teams
- Have a passion for our charities
- Take ownership for your area
- Train new marketing executives (Door-to-Door Canvassers)
- Update and refine sales pitches and procedures
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to validate updated sales scripts
- Assist in the recruitment of new marketing executives
- Good numerate and written communication skills

What We Offer a candidate:

Payment Schedule:
- Retainer on track daily rate weekly 3 weeks in arrears
- What you earn week 1 is paid end of week 3
- What you earn week 2 is paid end of week 5 etc.
Bonuses:
- Take sign up fee of up to £10 from each new member
- £5 for each new DD email member when first bank payment received
- £5 for each new DD email member when second bank payment received
- £5 when first payment is received by door collector
- £5 when second payment is received by door collector
Residual Income (profit share):
Upon accruing 51 direct debit payers you will receive 20% of the value of the debits monthly and will continue to receive 20% of direct debits provided the minimum number and standards are maintained. You will also receive 5% of the value of Direct Debit members signed up by the canvassers trained by you.
Example of producing 25 DD signups per week after qualifying period: £150.00 Retainer, £150.00 New member sign up fee, £250.00 DD first pick up, £125.00 DD second pick up, 51 DD * 20% £102+ Rising Profit share after qualifying period. Profit share on your team is exponential and uncapped.
