Blue Arrow are recruiting for an experienced nursery cook/chef to work with our client in the Coventry area.

As a Nursery cook, you will:

  • Cooking for 30-35 children daily
  • Be responsible for the ordering of food stock keeping in line with budget requirements
  • Maintain and actively promote health, safety and hygiene throughout the nursery, working within the parameters of the company policies and procedures
  • Checking sell-by dates and rotating food stock
  • Observing cooking times and correct temperatures
  • Sound Knowledge of COSHH

Qualifications

  • Food hygiene level 2 or above dated within the last 3 years
  • Food allergens certificate
  • Enhanced DBS - Child

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8.30-2.30pm
  • £15ph
