Description

1. Develop long-term strategic plans, budgeting, and financial forecasting
2. Provide financial analysis and insights to drive business decision-making
3. Support the finance team in the preparation of management accounts
4. Work closely with other departments to optimise financial performance
5. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
6. Participate in finance projects and initiatives
7. Build strong relationships with stakeholders
8. Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

1. A degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field
2. Professional qualifications like CIMA, ACCA, or ACA
3. Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation
4. Proficiency in financial software
5. Excellent analytical, decision-making and strategic planning skills
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work in a team and manage projects
