Senex Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Injection Mould Setter to join a growing and respected specialist manufacturer based in Littlehampton, West Sussex. This is a day shift role working in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment. Ideal for professionals looking to contribute to high-precision manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:- Install mould tools, conduct start-ups and shutdowns, and perform material and colour changes.
- Set injection moulding machines to approved validated parameters.
- Maintain optimal performance of tooling and ancillary equipment.
- Collaborate with the Mould Shop and Production Manager to improve output, reduce scrap, and implement automation.
- Carry out mould trials and support new tooling validations.
- Conduct planned maintenance and liaise with external service contractors.
- Monitor part quality throughout production.
- Support the integration and validation of new equipment into production.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience from within the injection moulding industry, ideally supported by an apprenticeship or formal technical training. A solid understanding of tooling and insert changes is essential, along with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Adaptability in a fast-paced production setting is important, along with the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative manufacturing team.
Whatβs on Offer:- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8amβ5pm, Friday 8amβ1:30pm (39.5 hours/week).
