Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across England and deals with very exclusive clients. They are looking for a Project Manager to oversee various projects around Warrington, Manchester and the North West of England. They require someone with experience as a Project Manager working on fit out, M&E and Civils projects. When not on site, you'll be surveying and pricing new works. This is a great opportunity to join a well established business that is experiencing growth year on year and offers you the chance to grow with it.
The ideal Project Manager will have:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager on commercial fit out and M&E projects
- Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
- SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS
- DBS Check (this can be completed at a later date)
