Are you passionate about connecting & speaking with existing customers and introducing new service lines? Are you known for offering great customer solutions and delivering first class customer service? Read on! As a Business Solutions Executive, you’ll be the linchpin in fostering relationships with our clients existing clients. Your day-to-day will involve contacting and understanding those customer needs, listening, identifying challenges, and presenting solutions and services that increase their client offering to their existing businesses. This is all about building long term relationships, and definitely not a quick ‘one hit ‘ and run away! This is for the long game and Ideally, we’re searching for someone who already: Embodies a ‘customer-first’ mentality with excellent communication skills.
